Mark most recently drove strategy and product direction for IBM’s marketing and commerce solutions. Previously, Mark was the Founder and President of Maxymiser, the recognized leader in Customer Experience Optimization, which he sold to Oracle in 2015.

Tara Thurston



Tara was a Controller and Brand CFO at IBM, having joined through the Kenexa acquisition in December 2012. She has 15+ years of experience across various industries, with an emphasis in Financial Planning & Analysis.

Doug Geiger

SVP, Engineering


Providing innovative multichannel campaign automation, insight, and analytic solutions to our clients, Doug has 25+ years of experience in the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise software solutions.

Brent Whitaker

SVP, Customer Support & Services


Brent has 20+ years of experience leading Client Success organizations implementing and supporting best-of-breed software solutions.

Matt Marriott

SVP, Sales


Matt oversees sales, customer success, and solution engineering. Matt served most recently as VP of Worldwide Sales at IBM, and previously held several senior leadership positions across the enterprise.

Jay Henderson

SVP, Product Management


Jay has over 25 years of experience in campaign management, analytics, and marketing technology. He’s held senior marketing positions at IBM, Unica, and SPSS.

Tim brings more than 20 years of experience in the technology and service sectors to Acoustic. He will be focused on enhancing operational performance across Acoustic’s workstreams and further transform the way the company conducts business.

Norman leads the strategic global marketing agenda to support the growth of Acoustic. He has over 20 years of experience as a marketing leader for preeminent brands and agencies such as Microsoft, Wire Stone, and Carbonite.
